Following torrential downpours that began Friday, parts of southern and western England experienced its worst flooding in 60 years. Officials estimated the floods invaded as many as 10,000 homes and left more than 45,000 without power. At left, a bridge in Tewkesbury led straight into the waters. The town is completely cut off by the floods and police have been using boats to ferry residents out of the area.
