Boston's rich trove of murals
Murals cover many walls around the city of Boston. Have you ever walked by one and wondered about the history behind it? Local resident Anulfo G. Baez documents the murals and has written about their history for the Boston Society of Architects. Take a look at some of his favorite art around the city.
Pictured is "Africa is the Beginning"(1969) by Gary Rickson, located on 285 Martin Luther King Boulevard, Boston, as seen from Warren Street in Roxbury.
