The Stoneham and Wakefield Chambers will host the Small Business Administration’s SBA Advantage Program in a forum on Thursday, May 16 from 7:30 to 9:30am, in the Stoneham Town Hall auditorium, 35 Central Street, Stoneham. This forum is FREE to all attendees.
Attendees will hear how the SBA and its resource partners can assist them through the entire process of starting and growing a small business, beginning with counseling and development of your business idea with you, to finding money to finance your business, and, understanding government contracting opportunities.
Learn about SCORE confidential FREE face-to-face, email and telephone business counseling. Discover the SBA network of local and regional Small Business Development Centers which offer FREE advisory services, training, and information about accessing business financing. Understand how the Center for Women & Enterprise (CWE) provides services for women to become economically self-sufficient and prosperous through business and entrepreneurship. Learn how the SBA will help you obtain financing for your business. Finally, hear how government contracting opportunities may be available to you. Presentations will conclude with a Question & Answer period.
