Somerville police arrested a 29-year-old man in connection to a drug lab busted Monday on Oxford Street that yielded evidence of purported methamphetamine-making materials and chemicals.
Grigory Genkin, accompanied by his attorney, turned himself in to Somerville Police, the department said today in a statement.
Genkin is charged with manufacturing/distributing methamphetamine, violating drug law near a school zone, and conspiracy to violate the controlled substance act.
A Drug Enforcement Administration task force swept the property Nov. 7 and in a daylong search, finding toxic chemicals used to produce the drug.
Other items believed to be dangerous were detonated by the State Police Bomb squad, police said.
