Quincy Police are looking for suspects after two men were injured Wednesday evening in a fight involving a gun, police said.
According to police, the 20-year-old and 19-year-old victims were at 44 Vane Street in Quincy at about 7:30 p.m., when one was shot in the left shoulder and the other “pistol whipped,” or hit with the gun.
Both men were taken to Boston Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
According to the victims, three black males they did not know assaulted them, police said.
Police are looking into possible suspects but said the incident doesn’t appear to be a random act of violence.
