The following was taken from the Peabody Police Department logs for Monday and Tuesday. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law:
Monday, December 3
3:24 p.m. Justin Thomas Clancy, of 6 Mulberry Drive, will be summonsed to court and charged with driving without a license, unsafe operation of a vehicle, and speeding. Iris Rice, of 6 Mulberry Drive, will be summonsed to court and charged with allowing an unlicensed person to operate a motor vehicle.
3:42 p.m. Party came to station reporting a past breaking and entering on Lowell Street.
3:44 p.m. Police responded to a report of suspicious activity on Abington Avenue. Report of a male party walking around with a dolly, packages, reflective vest, and jeans. Officer was unable to locate the party.
4:12 p.m. Police responded to a neighbor dispute on Newbury Street.
5:21 p.m. Gino Martiniello, of 7 Barnstable Road, was arrested and will be charged with domestic assault and battery. Amanda Weber, of 22 Dublin Road, will be summonsed to court and charged with malicious destruction of property over $250, and domestic assault and battery.
6:39 p.m. Kevin R. Jones, of 38½ Bridge Street, Salem, will be summonsed to court and charged with domestic assault and battery.
7:18 p.m. Police responded to a report of breaking and entering on Central Street. Party reports he believes someone is entering his apartment when he is not home. He relates that he has nothing of value and doesn't notice anything missing. No forced entry, nothing taken, may be a dispute with a neighbor.
11:21 p.m. Officer checking the mulch piles at Northeast Nursery on Newbury Street, possibly smoking, fire department notified. Fire checked the area and stated that it was steam coming off the piles, all in order.
Tuesday, December 4
5:06 a.m. Adalberto Gonzalez, of 42 Harris Street, was arrested on the basis of a federal warrant.
9:49 a.m. Caller reported a hit-and-run at the Northshore Mall.
10:27 a.m. Caller reports he is being harassed by the mother of his baby's mother.
12:01 p.m. Manager of Hess gas station on Lowell Street reports that someone tried to pass a counterfeit bill about an hour ago. No bills were left behind, officer will document.
12:48 p.m. Dominick Baker, of 111 Foster Street, was arrested and will be charged with domestic assault.
12:58 p.m. Female walked into station and reported a past hit-and-run at the Burlington Coat Factory on Andover Street. Officer has a possible suspect and he will attempt to speak with the owner of the vehicle and determine who was driving.
