The following was taken from the Peabody Police Department logs for Monday and Tuesday. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law:
Monday, Nov. 12
3:06 p.m. Police responded to a report of an ongoing neighbor dispute on Elizabeth Lane. Officer reports the dispute was over leaves being blown back and forth between two yards and who was responsible for the cleanup.
4:20 p.m. Party reports her vehicle was damaged after hitting a large pothole on Main Street.
5:12 p.m. Police responded to a single-vehicle rollover in the area of Salem Country Club on Forest Street. The operator, a Danvers resident driving a dealer car from Mini Cooper of Peabody, was transported to Salem Hospital.
Tuesday, Nov. 13
1:09 a.m. Police responded to a report of loud explosions near the Center School on Irving Street. Area checked and all appears quiet, no source for the noise was located.
2:00 a.m. Police responded to a report of graffiti at Long's Jewelers on Cross Street.
7:14 a.m. Calling party on Downing Road reports his vehicle has been keyed.
9:31 a.m. Reporting party left a voicemail complaining of a squirrel in his home on Larrabee Terrace. He was advised to contact an exterminator.
11:33 a.m. Police took a report of larceny from a vehicle on Aborn Street. No signs of forced entry. Reporting party states that sometime between Sunday and Tuesday an ipad, ipod touch, car charger, Garmin GPS, gym bag with miscellaneous items (combined value of approximately $930) were taken from the vehicle.
1:57 p.m. Two hypodermic needles were removed from Andover Drive.
