Friday, July 6:
4:15 p.m. Joseph Trevisone, of 261 Newbury Street, will be summonsed for assault and battery on healthcare personnel.
5:27 p.m. Police responded to an intoxicated shoplifter at Stop & Shop, 19 Howley Street. Gregory Hardin was trespassed from Stop & Shop for life.
7:14 p.m. Report of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle at 33 Tracey Street, entered through locked door, damaging door locks. Taken were two subwoofer boxes and a four-channel amplifier at a value of $900.
8:06 p.m. Police removed a syringe from the sidewalk at 4 Heath Road.
10:57 p.m. Emergency Room staff at Beverly Hospital faxed a sharp implement injury report.
Saturday, July 7:
1:36 a.m. Nicholas Russell, of 112 Lowell Street, will be summonsed for driving with a suspended license.
9:11 a.m. Twyla Hoggard, of 1 Princeton Street, was arrested for driving with a suspended license, driving a motor vehicle while the registration was revoked for no insurance, and an outstanding warrant.
11:59 a.m. Marc Nadeau, of 5 Laurine Road, will be summonsed for domestic assault and battery.
2:33 p.m. Hector Azsocop, of 82 Vernon Street in Wakefield, was summonsed for driving without a license.
10:53 p.m. Police responded to a report of eight American flags burned in front of 1 Baldwin Street.
Sunday, July 8:
1:09 a.m. Francisco Mercado, of 12 Belvidere Place in Lynn, was arrested for OUI - liquor (second offense), marked lanes violation, and no inspection sticker.
2:47 a.m. Edward Colameta, of 28 Bay Road in Revere, was arrested for OUI - liquor and marked lanes violation.
2:58 a.m. Police responded to the 7-11 at 100 Lynn Street. A store clerk reports a male party entered 7-11 in his underwear and tried to fight him. Male party fled in a dark vehicle with another passenger. There was a strong language barrier.
11:13 a.m. A caller reported finding a bag of drug paraphernalia in his backyard at 1 Park Square.
12:13 p.m. Kathleen Piracini, of 953 Shirley Street in Winthrop, was arrested for larceny over $250 for shoplifting from J.C. Penny at the Northshore Mall, 210J Andover Street. Party also had outstanding warrant.
