The following was taken from the Peabody Police Department logs for Tuesday and Wednesday:
Tuesday, July 10:
10:33 a.m. George Siopis, of 12 Blaney Avenue, was arrested on the basis of a warrant.
12:01 p.m. Party believes he was struck by a motor vehicle last night; did not report at the time because he was too drunk.
1:50 p.m. Police responded to Kelly Nissan at 1 Cross Street where three vehicles had windows broken and one had all four tires stolen off of it.
3:58 p.m. Police responded to a report of suspicious activity at 39 Northen Street. Reporting party states that a male, believed to be Shawn Freeman, described as 20 years old, short blonde hair, about 5-foot-7 or 5-foot-8-inches tall, wearing a white tank top and green army shorts entered her yard on a bicycle and asked her 12 year-old daughter and her friends if he could play with them.
6:28 p.m. Police courtesy booked John Mauro, of 36 Franklin Street, before turning him over to the Salem Police Department.
7:55 p.m. Ellen Simpson, of 102 Newbury Street in Danvers, will be summonsed for shoplifting from T & L Liquors at 637 Lowell Street.
10:29 p.m. Linda Abruzzese, of 45 Harrison Avenue, will be summonsed for driving without a license.
Wednesday, July 11:
1:41 a.m. Police responded to the 7-11 at 23 Newbury Street for a report of a female pulling a knife on a male; both parties gone prior to arrival. Saugus police arrested Kathleen Puglisi, of 5 Hawke Street in Saugus, and transported her to Peabody. She will be charged with intimidating a witness, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and assault and battery.
5:21 a.m. John Connors, of 29 Goodale Street, was arrested for violating a restraining order.
6:40 a.m. Emmanuel Cervantes, of 126 Shawmut Street in Chelsea, was arrested for driving with a suspended license, and driving a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.
1:36 p.m. Police responded to a report of a road rage incident at CVS, 535 Lowell Street.
