Volante Farms in Needham is offering cooking classes with Chef Todd, beginning this Saturday night. Classes have already begun selling out, according to Ryan Conroy, field manager at Volante Farms.
For each class, which lasts about two hours, 25 students will learn five hearty winter dishes. Of course, they’ll be tasting plenty. The menu will be determined based on the best ingredients available at the time, and could include stews, appetizers, or meat entrees.
Each event will run from 6 to 8 p.m. and will be held in the café seating area of the farm stand. Tickets are $50, and can be purchased by calling 781-444-2351. More information can be found here. Anyone with food allergies should contact the chef before the class.
The first and second classes, scheduled for Jan. 19 and 26, are already sold out.
