Monday, March 25
Accident: At 12:47 a.m., police responded to an accident on Reedsdale Road. A car struck a tree. One person was transported to Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Milton. A criminal complaint was filed against the operator for negligent operation, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a marked lanes violation, and using without authority.
Suspicious activity: At 1:52 p.m., police responded to a report of an unknown man bleeding and unconscious in a Canton Avenue driveway. The man regained consciousness and told police he lived at a veterans’ shelter on Court Street in Boston, which was where he thought he was. He was taken to Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Milton for evaluation.
Tuesday, March 26
Accident: At 3:05 p.m., police responded to a two-vehicle accident on Unquity Road. One person was transported to Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Milton.
Wednesday, March 27
Theft: At 10:30 p.m., police received a report of a past break-in from an Otis Street resident. The front porch door was open and the cellar door was found to be kicked in. Jewelry and other small items were taken from the home.
Thursday, March 28
Vandalism: At 5:44 a.m., police received a report of damage to a vehicle on Cushing Road during the previous night. The windshield was smashed. This is the third time a vehicle has been damaged in front of that residence.
Theft: At 9:24 a.m., police received a report of a theft from a vehicle on Otis Street. The vehicle was broken into sometime overnight and an iPad was taken.
Friday, March 29
Accident: At 6:28 a.m., police responded to a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Blue Hill Avenue and Vose Hill Road. One vehicle crossed the yellow line and struck the other vehicle. Both drivers were taken to Boston Medical Center with injuries and both vehicles received significant front-end damage. The driver of the vehicle that crossed the yellow line was cited for a marked lanes violation.
Sunday, March 31
Theft: At 7:08 p.m., police received a report of a theft of a blue 1997 Lincoln Town Car. The theft took place at Sullivan & Company on High Street.
Theft: At 7:26 p.m., police received a report of a vehicle break-in on Pagoda Street. The vehicle was unlocked and a GPS, tool belt, power drill, and prescription medication containing oxycodone were taken.
