The following information was taken from the Milton police log. Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
Monday, March 18
Malicious damage: At 6:41 a.m., police received a report of vandalism to a vehicle on Cushing Road. A rock was thrown through the window.
Theft: At 9:43 a.m., police received a report of two stolen items belonging to teachers at the Pierce Middle School on Brook Road.
Break-in: At 3:31 p.m., police received a report of breaking and entering into a vehicle on Ridgewood Road.
Theft: At 5:51 p.m., police received a report of $1,000 being taken from two residents of Fuller Village on Brush Hill road.
Fraud: At 6:59 p.m., police received a report from a Wood Street resident that he ordered $400 worth of merchandise online, but that it never arrived. The items should have been delivered on Feb. 13.
Tuesday, March 19
Malicious damage: At 5:59 a.m., police received a report of damage to a vehicle on Cushing Road. A resident said his girlfriend’s car had gotten both the front and rear windows smashed.
Accident: At 10:02 a.m., police responded to an accident at the intersection of Randolph Avenue and Reed Street involving three vehicles. One person was transported to Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Milton.
Break-in: At 4:41 p.m., police received a report of breaking and entering and vandalism to the former St. Pius X Rectory on Brush Hill Road. The damage had occurred sometime that morning and the caretaker was notified. Nothing was reported missing.
Vehicle violation: At 5:07 p.m., police found two vehicles drag racing on Blue Hills Parkway. Both vehicles were stopped and the operators were issued civil traffic citations.
Police property damage: At 8:51 p.m., police filed an intra department report stating that vehicles M708 and M718 had been damaged in the rear parking lot of the police station on 40 Highland Street.
Wednesday, March 20
Break-in: At 11:13 a.m., police received a report of a break-in from a Valentine Road resident.
Theft: At 11:32 a.m., police received a report of a package being stolen from a Brook Road resident.
Arrest: At 10:37 p.m., police arrested an individual on a warrant on Reedsdale Road.
Thursday, March 21
Theft: At 11:03 a.m., police received a report from an Elm Street resident that the tires were stolen off of his vehicle.
Arrest: At 5:35 p.m., police arrested an individual on a warrant at the intersection of Randolph Avenue and Adams Street.
Saturday, March 23
Theft: At 10:34 a.m., police received a report of a vehicle break-in with a theft on Adams Street.
Accident: At 2:24 p.m., police responded to a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Robbins Street and Blue Hill Avenue. One person was transported to Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Milton.
