The following information was taken from the Milton police logs. Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
Tuesday, Feb. 12
Breaking and entering: At 3:44 p.m., police received a report of breaking and entering at an Aberdeen Road residence. Police were unable to locate the entry point of the break, but items were moved around the home.
Wednesday, Feb. 13
Accident: At 11:53 a.m., police responded to a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Randolph Avenue and Chickatawbut Road. One person was transported to Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Milton.
Assault: At 12:47 p.m., police received a report of assault and battery at Curry College on Blue Hill Avenue. A student reported he was in his dorm room at 10:40 a.m. that day when three men, at least one of whom he recognized as a Curry College student, forced their way into his room and punched him. The student said he thought one of the men used brass knuckles. Detectives continue to investigate the matter.
Theft: At 5:15 p.m., police received a report of a theft from Thacher Street. A package was stolen from the property.
Thursday, Feb. 14
Arrest: At 9:07 p.m., police arrested Patrick J. Leary, 31, from Dorchester on a warrant from Dorchester District Court for motor vehicle violations. Leary was arrested at the intersection of Granite Avenue and Emerson Road.
Arrest: At 10:33 p.m., police arrested Gregory Wells, 50, of Dorchester and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol and negligent operation. Wells was arrested at the intersection of Reedsdale Road and Coolidge Road.
Friday, Feb. 15
Theft: At 10:09 a.m., police received a report of a theft from two vehicles on Granite Place. The cars were unlocked and an iPod Touch as well as some electronic video games were taken.
Theft: At 1:31 p.m., police received a report of theft from a Brook Road residence. Packages were taken from the resident’s front stairs.
Arrest: At 1:28 p.m., police arrested Lance A. Johnson, 42, of Boston and charged him with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and driving with a suspended license. Johnson was arrested at the intersection of Granite Avenue and Guilford Road.
Saturday, Feb. 16
Malicious damage: At 12:11 p.m., police received a report of malicious damage from a Laurel Road resident. There was damage to the resident’s fence.
Assault: At 12:31 p.m., police received a report of assault and battery at a Gulliver Street address.
Theft: At 3:59 p.m., police received a report of a theft from a Century Lane residence. Jewelry was taken.
Breaking and entering: At 9:08 p.m., police received a report of breaking and entering a vehicle on Lyman Road. The vehicle was unlocked, and nothing appeared to be taken.
Sunday, Feb. 17
Accident: At 8:08 a.m., police responded to an accident at the intersection of Brook and Otis. A vehicle struck a utility pole.
Accident: At 9:58 a.m., police responded to an accident at the intersection of Brush Hill Road and Neponset Valley Place. The accident involved three vehicles. All three slipped while traveling south on Brush Hill Road, one after another, as a result of road conditions. The operator of the first vehicle was struck by the third vehicle while assessing damage to a vehicle. That person was transported to Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Milton.
