Here are some incidents reported to Milton police this week. A full list is available at police headquarters, 40 Highland St.
On Sunday, Oct. 23, a caller reported vandalism at Milton Cemetery at 8:05 a.m. Police
reported that they did not find any vandalism but that they did find beer cans in the area.
On Oct. 24 at 8:44 a.m., a resident reported she found a knife on Edge Hill Road. An
officer removed the item and disposed of it.
Later that day, Milton Hospital reported a patient with a gunshot wound who said he was shot in the leg near Eliot Street and Central Avenue around 11 p.m. There were no suspects at this time, and Milton police were investigating the incident.
On Oct. 25 at 8:16 a.m., a resident on Canton Avenue reported that another resident’s dog attacked his/her dog. The department’s animal control officer responded to the report.
At 8:44 a.m. that same day, a resident on Grafton Avenue reported a syringe on the
ground. Police notified Fallon Ambulance Service, which disposed of the item.
