The BStreet Band, the popular Bruce Springsteen tribute band, will play at Memorial Hall, 590 Main Street, Melrose, on October 20, 2012 at 8 pm. This performance is a benefit for Polymnia Choral Society which has been bringing high quality choral music to the North Shore area for over 50 years.
The BStreet Band is the world's longest running tribute band. It was formed in Asbury Park, New Jersey, in May, 1980, and has performed from Maine to the Bahamas for well over 3 million people. Featuring Springsteen look-alike Glenn Stuart (left), the band will play Springsteen favorites as well as dance music.
Polymnia’s Music Director, Murray Kidd, said, “I'm always impressed at how fresh and exciting the B Street band's show is. They look, feel and sound just like The Boss!"
