Officials in Medford will provide an update on repairs to the high school indoor pool next week.
A $1.9 million bond to repair the pool, which has been closed since 2008 because of corrosion, was approved in February 2012.
In March, Mayor Michael McGlynn said the pool was expected to be reopened in October of this year.
McGlynn, city budget director Stephanie Burke, project manager John Buckley, and Superintendent Roy Belson have been asked by the City Council to attend a committee of the whole meeting at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, May 14 to provide an update on the project. The meeting will be held in room 207 at City Hall.
