The campaign, called "End Distracted Driving," was established by Philadelphia attorney Joel Feldman after his 21-year-old daughter died in an accident involving a distracted driver in 2009. It focuses on educating high schoolers on the dangers of multi-tasking while behind the wheel.
The Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, with Feldman, is bringing the program to Massachusetts.
An announcement will be made on the campaign Monday, Feb. 4 at the State House. Medford will kick off the initiative with an event at Medford High School Feb. 5.
