The following individuals were arrested by Medford police between Nov. 21 and Nov. 29, 2012 (Suspects are considered innocent unless convicted in court. Locations, events and times appear as recorded by police):
Joshua Noseworth, 31, of Medford was arrested on Second Street about 2:20 a.m. on Nov. 21 on charges of assault and battery and witness intimidation.
About 8 p.m. Nov. 21, Ronald Fronduto, 25, and Stephanie Calnan, 24, both of Medford were was arrested on Middlesex Avenue. Fronduto was charged with shoplifting and also allegedly had an outstanding warrant; Calnan was arrested on outstanding warrants.
Jennifer Wyeth, 24, and Madonna Say, 23, both of Malden were arrested about 9 p.m. Nov. 21 on the Fellsway. Wyeth was charged with receiving stolen property, larceny, receiving a stolen credit card and possession of a class B drug. Say was charged with larceny.
Eric Cuppernell, 24, of Saugus and Michael Splaine, 24, of Somerville were arrested on Mystic Valley Parkway about 2:30 p.m. Nov. 23. Cuppernell was charged with conspiracy to violate drug law and possession of a class E drug. Splaine was charged with three counts of possession to distribute a drug, conspiracy to violate drug law and possession of a class E drug.
Timothy Wall, 30, of Medford was arrested on Fells Avenue about 11:50 p.m. Nov. 24 on a charge of assault and battery.
Brendan Coye, 36, of Medford was arrested about 2:50 p.m. on Harris Road and charged with witness intimidation and violating an abuse prevention order.
Gary Voltaire, 36, no address given, was arrested about 10:30 p.m. on Bow Street on a charge of operating under the influence of liquor.
