The 101st Airborne Division Association has partnered with North Shore Community College Veterans Service in organizing a whale watch for local veteran parents and their children.
The event will take place on Friday August 9 onboard Captain Bill and Son Whale Watch in Gloucester.
The trip is free and each attendee will receive a $6 credit to the on-board galley.
The boat leaves at 2 p.m. and returns at approximately 6 p.m. Those attending must be at the dock by 1:30 p.m.
Seats are limited and will be filled on a first come first serve basis up until Monday August 5.
Captain Bill and Son Whale Watch is located at 24 Harbor Loop in Gloucester.
