Boston Children’s Hospital is considering building two new facilities and a parking garage addition as part of its long-term development plans.
The hospital, located in the Longwood Medical Area, has proposed the three projects as part of its Institutional Master Plan and will discuss the plans at a public meeting Wednesday.
The projects, as outlined by the Boston Redevelopment Authority, include projects both on and off the medical campus.
The on-campus project would build a 445,000 square foot clinical building that would offer clinical and medical support space with co-generation facilities, according to the authority.
The off-campus project would build an office building at 819 Beacon St. in Audubon Circle. The building would house 211,170 square feet of office space, ground floor retail space, and 526 parking spaces within a new garage.
The hospital is also proposing to build a 29,370-square-foot addition to its patient and family parking garage at the corner of Blackfan Circle and Longwood Avenue. The addition would create on new level of parking with a net gain of 86 parking spaces.
The public meeting to discuss these projects and the hospital’s master plan is set for Wednesday from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in the 10th floor auditorium of Fenway Health at 1340 Boylston St.
