Mark Wahlberg's new movie "Ted," co-starring Mila Kunis and directed by Seth MacFarlane, will be filming around Fenway Park this week.
As the Fenway News Online reported, location managers for the film notified residents and businesses that "Ted" will be filmed inside and around the ballpark on Tuesday and Wednesday around 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. Set-up is set to begin today and filming will end in the area by Thursday.
According to the announcement, work trucks and positioning lights will be on streets around the ballpark, and Yawkey Way will be closed for certain periods during the actual filming.
Other streets will be open and accessible, the announcement said.
"We apologize for any inconvenience our presence may cause and ask that you call or email us if any questions or concerns arise," the letter said, signed by assistant location managers Tim Gorman and Ryan Cook. "We are honored to be able to film in and around such a venerable institution and want to be good guests!"
