Chris Coombs, one of the culinary minds behind Dorchester’s dbar and the Back Bay’s Deuxave, was recently featured in the business magazine Forbes.
The 28-year-old executive chef was highlighted in the publication’s gallery “30 under 30: Food and Wine,” which features young foodie talent from across the country that is shaping food trends.
“How much young talent is out there in the world of edibles and potables? Enough that, when putting together the second annual Forbes 30 Under 30 for this field, we decided to retire last year’s honorees and come up with a entirely fresh list,” read the article. “The net result: a list that will help shape our palates for decades to come.”
