The following information was taken from the Canton police logs. Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
Monday, Feb. 25
Assault: At 10:45 a.m., police received a report of assault on Turnpike Street. There was an issue between staff member and student at the Judge Rotenberg Center.
Malicious damage: At 12:17 p.m., police received a report of malicious damage at the Walgreens Parking Lot on Bolivar Street. Police determined that the damage to vehicle windows was due to falling ice.
Tuesday, Feb. 26
Arrest: At 8:45 a.m., police received a report of a domestic disturbance on Pequit Street. Police arrested Debra Kelly, 46, of Canton and charged her with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Thursday, Feb. 28
Fraud: At 1:38 p.m., police received a report of identity fraud. Someone tried to open a Mastercard account under a resident’s name.
Malicious damage: At 6:53 p.m., police received a report of malicious damage on Rebecca Road. A vehicle backed into a retaining wall and left the area.
Friday, March 1
Arrest: At 5:15 p.m., police stopped a vehicle at the intersection of Washington Street and Randolph Street. Police arrested Eric C. Bean, 30, of Cumberland, R.I., and charged him with having an uninsured motor vehicle, registration revoked, unregistered motor vehicle, and operating a vehicle with a suspended license.
Arrest: At 8:26 p.m., police received a report of a domestic disturbance on Kristin Lane. Police arrested Matthew S. Rogers, 29, of Canton and charged him with stalking and criminal harassment.
Saturday, March 2
Break-in: At 9:42 a.m., police received a report of a break-in on Neponset Place. No signs of forced entry were found, but about $2,000 worth of jewelry was found missing.
Arrest: At 9:52 p.m., police responded to an accident at the intersection of Pleasant Street and Pleasant Circle. A vehicle struck a telephone pole, snapping it in half. There were no injuries, but police arrested Dylan Storch, 26, of Middleborough and charged him with operating under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and a marked lanes violation.
Sunday, March 3
Arrest: At 9:06 p.m., police arrested Amber McCarthy, 42, of Canton and charged her with domestic assault and battery. McCarthy was arrested on Turnpike Street.
