The Beacon Hill Civic Association is adding some glitz and glamour to the frosty, gray winter with its annual “All That Glitters” dinner and dance.
The neighborhood’s annual winter dance, now in its 40th year, generally attracts about 300 neighbors to the Four Seasons Hotel for a night of dinner, cocktails, dessert and dancing.
This year, the black tie affair also marks the BHCA’s 90th anniversary, and to commemorate the event guests will have the chance to win a necklace donated by The Ruby Door jewelry store on Charles Street.
The necklace, made with amethyst, iolite and garnet gemstones combined with a vintage gold-plated chain, rhinestone buttons, and a rhinestone pendant, will be given away in a drawing. Tickets for the drawing are $10 each or three for $25.
Tickets for the Saturday, January 28, event are $150 for a dance and cocktail party ticket to $325 for a dinner and dance ticket. Tickets for the dance can be bought online or by calling the association at 617-227-1922.
