French-Provencal restaurant Sel de la Terre has closed its Back Bay location.
The Boylston Street restaurant ended service on Sunday night, an employee told the Globe Monday.
In a statement, the restaurant said it was committed to helping the staff find new jobs within the company or elsewhere.
Sel de la Terre is run by Frank McClelland, who is also the chef-owner of L’Espalier.
“We are eternally grateful to our talented team members and loyal guests who have supported us over the past several years,” the statement read.
The restaurant’s Natick location will remain open and honor all gift cards and promotions.
Sel de la Terre also operated a restaurant on the waterfront, but that location closed last year.
