Lessons on how to shuck an oyster
Lemon wedges, cocktail sauce and hot sauce as garnishes. The instructor walked each customer through opening the first oyster. Customers are welcome to shuck as many oysters as they can eat.
The shop can accommodate up to five guests at a time per lesson and no reservations are needed. Customers are brought into the kitchen for lessons given by the owners. As many as 30 people have shown up to the Saturday event.
