AMA effort to recruit minority doctors comes to Boston
Five doctors, four medical students and one school nurse will spread the word in Boston about careers in medicine this weekend as part of an American Medical Association effort to increase the number of minority physicians nationwide.
The visits will be from 10:30 a.m. to noon tomorrow at the Roxbury Boys and Girls Club, 115 Warren St., and from 10:30–11:30 a.m. Sunday at the Bethel AME Church, 215 Forrest Hills Ave., Jamaica Plain.
