Three-day New England coastal GPS wine tour
Day 2: Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the inn before making your way to Greenvale Vineyards in Portsmouth, R.I. On Saturdays from noon to 4 p.m., the vineyard features a "jazz tasting" — for $15 you can sample six different wines while listening to live jazz music. Before you go, don't forget to visit Burberry and McIntosh, the resident Scottish Highland steers (bottom right).
Wine prices: $13.99 to $25.99.
Don't miss wine: 2007 Vidal Blanc ($13.99) and 2005 Cabernet Franc ($25.99).
"The Vidal is almost as delicious as our most popular wine Skipping Stone but is a little drier with a crisp finish ... The Cabernet Franc is an excellent Bordeaux style red. It is medium bodied and packed with flavor. Great aroma and fantastic finish." — Nancy Parker Wilson, co-owner and general manager
