Sheddah: A naked lobstah that's molted and shed its shell. Sheddahs are known in the market as soft-shell lobsters and are cheapah than hard-shell. For years customers have argued among themselves whether a sheddah is a bahgin because it's cheapah and tastes bettah or is no bahgin 'cause there's less meat to it and it's watery. It's sort of the Down East version of the "tastes great, less filling" argument that goes on among your beer connoisseurs.
