Floridays Resort Orlando, Fla.
“The front staff was very pleasant and friendly,” writes a traveler from Georgia. “The room was very clean and well kept. The room was fully loaded with everything to make you feel at home. It’s located less than 10 mins from the outlet mall, dining and other shops. The kids enjoyed the pool and arcade. There was never a dull moment. This was the best vacation resort we’ve ever visited!”
Woodloch Pines Resort, Pa.
“This was our first time here but not our last! Everything you read about this place is true—so much fun for families and a great environment with so much to do. What made it extra special is the owners and staff—We WILL be back!!” writes Elise from New York City.
Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, Fla.
“We had a lovely stay at Wilderness Lodge,” writes a traveler from Florida. “It’s my favorite Disney resort. The scenery is beautiful and very relaxing. The restaurants are very good and offer a lot of variety. Very convenient access to the parks. Lots of activities at the Lodge and a great movie experience at nearby Fort Wilderness. My son loves animals and really enjoyed that the lizards and other local fauna seem to be very accustomed to people and do not run away. We especially enjoyed watching the adorable bunny munching on the exquisite landscaping. Many of the other guests enjoyed it too. This added to the ‘magical’ air of Disney.”

Candy Cane Inn, Calif.

Red Jacket Mountain View Resort, N.H.
“The staff at the resort is so nice and helpful, even my kids commented on it. Kahuna Laguna was great, clean, and the lifeguarding staff was on top of everything. We couldn’t have asked for a better weekend family getaway!” writes a traveler from New Hampshire.
Best Western Premier Saratoga Resort Villas, Fla.
“This hotel is an excellent value for superb accommodations,” writes Michael. “The villas are clean and large. The hotel grounds are very beautiful and well maintained. The pool area is very nice also. The hotel location is central to shopping, WDW, dining, etc. It is set back off of the busy 192, so there is no traffic noise and it feels very secluded.”
Rocking Horse Ranch Resort, N.Y.
“Just came back on Monday from our 5th trip to RHR,” writes Danielle from New York. “Celebrated my sons 12th birthday. He skied & snow tubed for the first time, he had such a blast! At one point he said, “best birthday ever Mom!”. Our family loves it all.. great staff, rooms, food, activities, pool ect. We’ve turned our whole family on to it, this September will be our 3rd annual whole family get away! My 5 kids and niece and nephews talk about the upcoming trip CONSTANTLY. After coming home this week I decided we would try to spend Easter weekend there, we are so sad to find out it’s booked. Yes, I definitely agree that’s it’s pricey, but I always say.. Worth every single cent!!! Can’t wait to get back asap, like a comfy home away from home!”
West Inn & Suites Carlsbad, Calif.
“The rooms are nice, staff very helpful, overall a great hotel. The breakfast was wonderful, and cookies and milk at bedtime were an extra special treat. The shuttle to the beach with towels, chairs and toys for the kids was exactly what we needed for our spring break,” writes a traveler.
Howard Johnson Anaheim Hotel and Water Playground, Calif.
“I only have positive coments on this hotel,” writes Laura from California. “We stayed for 5 days with 2 parents and 2 sons ages 10 and 13. The 10 year old loved the little water park and the 13 year old loved the pool. I personally enjoyed the hot tub. The boys also loved the arcade room and we all made use of the extremely well stocked gift shop. The room was spacious and clean. We had a perfect view of the Matterhorn and the fireworks every night. Easy walking distance, lots of nearby restaurants. Good value. This really was the perfect place to stay for our Disnyland trip.”
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, Fla.
“We’ve stayed at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge four times over the past five years and we LOVE it!” writes Holly from Georgia. “The restaurants serve delicious food, the hotel lobby is impressive, the rooms are nicely appointed, and the opportunities to see the animals on property are amazing, especially if you’re traveling with children (which we always are)!”
