Hidden under the Tobin Bridge tollbooths in Charlestown, the offices of Massport have a unique view of the historic bridge, which opened in 1950. The Tobin is two and a half miles long, making it the largest bridge in New England. For perspective's sake, that's a half mile longer than the Golden Gate Bridge and twice as long as the Brooklyn Bridge, according to Massport.
