Scrappy and difficult to spot from the ground, the copter flies between 500 and 1,000 feet to cover traffic and news stories. Barring high winds or low visibility, trust that the WBZ copter is somewhere above as youre parked on the Expressway trying to get home. Unless of course, another bird shatters the helicopters windshield and it has to beat a hasty exit back to the airport.
