Chef Barbara Lynch of No. 9 Park, B&G Oysters, and The Butcher Shop throws open her kitchen doors at Stir, a tiny demo space and cookbook library with a pricey, inventive, and enlightening schedule of classes, each limited to 10 students. Mondays are all about wine and spirits, and Tuesdays and Wednesdays are devoted to cuisine (the rest of the week is booked with private events); at each class, Lynch and her colleagues bring their knowledge to the table.
