A haunted house in Pennsylvania literally wants to scare the pants off you.
“Shocktoberfest,” in Sinking Spring, is offering the “Naked and Scared Challenge” in which guests are invited to shed their clothes and “test your fears and phobias on a whole new level.” The idea stemmed from Discovery Channel’s show “Naked and Afraid,” in which two castaways must survive in the wild without any underwear.
“I’m watching these two people running around naked in the woods and they were genuinely scared,” Shocktober owner Patrick Konopelski told FoxNews.com. “If you know you have no protection, you become very vulnerable and I thought ‘Wow! That would be amazing in a haunted house.’”
Guests are invited to go either nude or “prude” (wearing just underwear), and the event is, of course, 18-plus.
“Shocktoberfest has created this experience so their customers can explore a new level of fear,” the disclaimer says. “This is about fear and pushing oneself out of their comfort zone. This is not about sex. No sexual misconduct, inappropriate or disrespectful behavior will be tolerated.”
Tickets for the event are $20 and can be purchased online.
