Quebec City rocks for 45th year

45th Quebec City Festival, featuring major acts such as Bon Jovi and Massachusetts' own Aerosmith, runs July 5-15 at a variety of venues. Other international talent appearing this year includes Lionel Ritchie, Tower of Power, Sarah McLachlan, Radio Radio, The Barr Brothers, LMFAO, Mastodon, Inna Modja, City and Colour, Tedeschi Trucks Band, Johnny Hallyday and The Offspring.
In all, there will be more than 1,000 artists and close to 300 shows on 10 indoor and outdoor stages across the city. It is the country's largest outdoor music festival that attracts around 1.5 million people and brings in more than $25 million to Quebec.
