We're talking wall to wall amazing specimens of cloth and thread. The Vermont Quilt Festival is a mecca of unique patterns, professional stitch and admiring visitors. Over three days, guests can peruse over 500 quilts on display, shop in more than 80 booths brimming with quilts, fabrics, gifts and more, and select from over 80 classes and lectures with noted teachers of quilting. Making this fest especially unique are the chances to win raffle quilts and a Janome Sewing machine, a space for antique quilt appraisal, and myriad gallery talks. If you'd like to make it a four day affair, stop in on Thursday night for the special champagne and chocolate preview, while attending the anticipated awards ceremony.
