Don't just eat your fruits and veggies. Drink them, too. There are ten different ways to do it at the Farm to Glass, Mixology Throwdown sponsored by Mass Farmers Markets and Edible Boston.

Here's how it works. You sip cocktails made from local farm-fresh ingredients, vote for your two favorites, and enjoy a full size glass of each. The top three mixologists compete to become Mixology Throwdown Champ, crafting drinks from CSA ingredients they receive on the spot. Participating mixologists include Charlie Gaeta (The Blue Ox), Ginny Edwards (Erbaluce), Jon Winegar-Mendez (TRADE), Kevin Mabry (JM Curley), Emily Jamison (Area Four), Scott Shoer (Sycamore), Vikram Hegde (Sarma), Bill Earle (Post 390), Young Won (Rialto), and Brett Henderson (Ceia Kitchen + Bar). The event also features small bites and music by DJ Deja.
