Chat transcript: Chef Ming Tsai talks food

Ming Tsai, the James Beard Award-winning chef and owner of Blue Ginger and Blue Dragon, will be a featured chef at the Boston Wine Expo at the Seaport World Trade Center on Feb. 15-16. Before he hits the demo stage at the Expo, Ming shared his culinary tips and chatted about all things food with readers on Thursday, Feb. 13.

Also an Emmy Award-winner, Ming hosts PBS TV’s “Simply Ming.” Ming is the author of five cookbooks, including his latest, “Simply Ming In Your Kitchen.” He is also a national spokesperson for the Food Allergy Research and Education (FARE) organization and a member of the Harvard School of Public Health's Nutrition Round Table.
