Boston Ramen Noodle Co. came up with the brilliant idea of ramen home delivery, but if you want to sit down in a restaurant to enjoy their unique version of the Japanese noodle soup, here's your chance.
The banquet menu includes housemade ramen noodles with pork broth, served with choices including Chinese 5 spice pork belly with whipped avocado, Dashi poached halibut with lemon foam, perfectly poached egg, nori, sprouts, and miso-buttered grilled corn. The sweet ending to the feast is a moon pie. Gluten-free noodles available by request.
