Celebrate National Fluffernutter Day!

If you didn’t know, today (Oct. 8) is National Fluffernutter Day–a day to celebrate the Massachusetts state sandwich, the Fluffernutter. As easy-to-make as it is delicious, the Fluffernutter is a simple concoction of peanut butter, Marshmallow Fluff (or if your brand loyalty waivers, marshmallow creme), and your choice of bread.
Spread, smoosh, enjoy.
If you’re feeling creative, why not twist things up a bit, bypass the traditional sandwich, and opt for fluffernutter-inspired recipe this evening?
Or eat them both. No one is watching.
