Feeling festive? Raise your voice and help Keith Lockhart and the Boston Pops break the Guinness World Record for the largest group of holiday carolers in one place this Saturday. (The current record — 7,514 singers — was set at South Carolina's Bob Jones University in 2004.)
Gather between 11:30 a.m. and noon at the Prudential Center's Boylston Plaza. WROR's Hank Morse and Loren Owens are the hosts and Santa, members of the Tanglewood Festival Chorus, and other a capella and chorus groups will all participate in the sing.
There's more: The Boston Pops will contribute $1 for each caroler toward the purchase of Holiday Pops tickets for youth in underserved communities.
If you need to warm up your vocal chords, snag a free hot chocolate compliments of Towne Stove & Spirits. Get your sing on!
