Pre-race meal options for the marathon
Who says Italian restaurants get to have all the fun? Both Ole Mexican Grill (pictured) and Zocalo will have a Latin take on carbo-loading, serving up dishes featuring wheat noddles called fideos. The fideos are topped with chicken, mushrooms, zucchini, and avocado. Zocalo will also have a vegetarian, Mexican-style lasagna called chilaquiles.
