Revolution all-time leading scorer Taylor Twellman has attracted a transfer bid of $1.675 million from Preston North End in England's second division, according to a Major League Soccer source. MLS declined the bid but Preston North End is considering raising the offer to $2 million. (Full article: 803 words)
