Players to Watch

RB Chris Beranger, Winthrop - The top returning scorer in Division 3 should give the Vikings a chance to return to the playoffs after a 7-4 season.

RB/DB Taylor Burbine, Gloucester - A dangerous player who scored 10 touchdowns and and ran for 534 yards. And ever so often, he stole the show from Gloucester's touchdown king Andrew Fulford, stretching long touchdown runs in key games.

QB Joe Clancy, Newburyport - Possibly one of the area's best quarterbacks, Clancy threw for 17 touchdowns last season.

FB/DE Clay Cleveland, Masconomet - The Chieftains have a few targets for junior quarterback Chris Splinter, but Cleveland may be the top choice. He caught 17 balls for 186 yards and 4 touchdowns in the regular season last year.

QB Joe Conti, Everett - While everyone was eyeing the running back in Everett's backfield last season, Conti was busy setting the school record for passing touchdowns, tossing 17 and leading the Crimson Tide to their second straight Division 1 Super Bowl.
