NATICK — Flutie did it – again.

For four years, Natick senior quarterback Troy Flutie has produced eye-popping numbers almost on a weekly basis. And Thursday, in his final game, it was no different.

Flutie finished off his historic career in style, tossing seven touchdown passes — six in the first half — to the lead the eighth-ranked Redhawks to a 48-13 victory over Framingham. The TD passes gave him 112 for his career and 47 for the season, both state records.

Entering the game, Flutie (17 of 23, 237 yards) needed five TD passes to pass former Everett quarterback Jonathan DiBiaso for the single-season mark.

“It’s very special for me,’’ Flutie said. “It feels great looking back on all of that, it’s awesome. . . . It’s just been fun.”
