St. Sebastian’s coach Bob Souza knows just how special last year’s Arrows were.

St. Sebastian’s ran the table at 8-0 in the Independent School League (ISL) and then won the Arthur Valicenti Bowl to earn a NEPSAC championship. It was the first time in school history that the Arrows finished 9-0 and won a NEPSAC title.

With six former starters on offense now playing at the college level and a seventh playing Division 1 lacrosse, what does that leave the 2013 Arrows?

Senior captain Connor Strachan isn’t a bad place to start.

Strachan, a starting linebacker since his freshman year, headlines a defense that returns seven starters after yielding only 12.1 points per game in 2012. Strachan has verbally committed to play for Boston College next year.
