Troy Flutie , Natick: Another week, another win, and another ridiculous stat line for the Red Hawks’ junior quarterback. His five touchdowns — three rushing, two passing — led Natick to a 32-14 win over Needham.

Carlin Haymon , Rivers: The Red Wings junior was all over the field last week, catching three touchdowns from quarterback Justin Vogel, rushing for a fourth score, and tallying two interceptions to beat St. Mark's, 41-27.

Sean Peterson , Maynard: With 268 yards rushing and five TDs on 29 carries, the junior back helped the Tigers beat Ayer-Shirley Regional, 48-35.

Ian Strom , Millis/Hopedale: The senior from Hopedale hauled in five catches for 83 yards, including three touchdowns, to beat Tri-Valley League Large Division foe Holliston, 34-21.

Game to Watch

Blackstone Valley Tech at Bay Path Regional Tech, Saturday: The Beavers (8-0, 5-0) will have their hands full with the host Minutemen (7-1, 4-0) from Charlton in a game that will help decide the winner of the Colonial Athletic League. Senior quarterback Dan Avery has accounted for 17 touchdowns during Valley Tech's undefeated run. Nine of his teammates have scored touchdowns this year, including deep-play threat Shawn Wilkins, who has nine TDs and has thrown for another. The Beavers are averaging 36.4 points per game.
