Bio: Schelling has been the goalie for the Swiss national team for the past five seasons, and was the Swiss Woman of the Year in 2007. She competed at the 2006 Olympics and posted a .939 save percentage and a 2.40 goals-against average in three games.
In 2008, Schelling led Switzerland to a fourth-place finish at the World Championships, the team's highest finish. She is also the only woman to play in the Swiss men's national B league.
At Northeastern, she was named to the Hockey East all-rookie team in 2008-09 with a 2.24 goals-against average and a .933 save percentage. This season, she was named the Hockey East defensive player of the week seven times and has a 1.38 goals-against average and .949 save percentage.
