Of Note: Yegon, whose mentor is world champion and two-time Olympic 5,000-meter medalist Eliud Kipchoge, burst onto the world scene in 2009 with a debut win at Amsterdam (2:06:18). In his Boston debut last year, Yegon struggled in the second half of the course, but he hopes his experience will help him improve this year.
