Get a running coach
Bart Yasso, chief running officer, says:
The Boston Marathon finish line is the Holy Grail
for most marathon runners. The problem is getting fast enough to qualify and earn the rights to make it to the starting line of the most prestigious marathon in the world. I feel the one missing ingredient is having a running coach and a solid running program to follow. Our Runners World Challenge program
allows runners access to the experts like past Boston Marathon champion Amby Burfoot (at left, winning in 1968). Plus access to our training, nutrition, and injury-prevention experts for any questions that might arise during training Also access to our private challenge online community, where runners can connect with other runners who are training for a BQ.
